Program description

Recupra sends transactional SMS text messages to users enrolled in Recupra Appointment Notifications. Messages relate to your own healthcare appointments: for example, a notification when an earlier appointment time opens up, an appointment reminder, or a secure link to book, confirm, or reschedule an appointment. This is not a marketing program.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number to Recupra and agreeing to Recupra’s Terms and Privacy Policy, for example during your healthcare provider’s intake and registration, on a Recupra booking page, or by texting a keyword. Providing your mobile number and consenting to text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when a relevant appointment event occurs (such as an earlier time opening up or an upcoming appointment reminder), so you may receive anywhere from no messages to several messages in a given period.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your wireless plan; Recupra does not charge you for these messages.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from the program unless you re-enroll.
